New Build - installing EPDM on new roof decks - from a small porch to blocks of flats and "traditional" roofs to green roofs.
Refurbishment and Renewal - stripping off existing waterproofing (usually felt) cleaning or capping or totally replacing the existing roof deck from a valley between tiles to a rear extension to a flat roofed town house.

EPDM can be fitted in three different ways: -
BALLASTED
Used very infrequently for roofs where full adherence or mechanical fixings is impossible. The EPDM is loose laid and then ballasted with pebbles.
MECHANICALLY FIXED
Typically used in situations where EPDM is to overlay an existing felt roof. The EPDM is adhered to special rubber strips that are manually secured to the roof deck
FULLY ADHERED
Used in 99% of installations. The EPDM is fully adhered to the cleaned, capped or reboarded roof deck.
FIRESTONE ARTWORK to be used where appropriate.
